Learning a new Course is the way to upgrade your skills. Learning new Words is a 
way to upgrade your knowledge. Take an interest to upgrade your skills. If interest is not to that skill, then wont learn. Because interest is main to the learning. Learning new words is to communicate with other people.

                            Instant Search is the Searching for things that you don’t know about. If you're thinking what is that? Then immediately searching through google about that. This is really helpful to improve yourself. This method I followed and it makes me know a lot of things.

        6. Routine exercise



Routine Exercise is a good habit. It can make you feel happier and lighter. It also reduces the weight. If you’re doing exercise in 10 minutes daily, then you definitely set the goals to increase the minutes. This will make me set goals and achieve something. That spirit will do any tough things. 

        7. Read a book or article every day



Reading a book or article is a good way to achieve in your life. It improves memory power , Vocabulary and English.  I recommend to improve reading comprehension, “Bringing Words to Life: Robust Vocabulary Instruction” By Isabel L. Beck, Margaret G. McKeown, Linda Kucan. A rich vocabulary supports learning about the world, encountering new ideas, and enjoying the beauty of language. This is also the best way to improve yourself.

        8. Put someone up to a challenge


A challenge is something new and difficult which requires great effort and determination. Set the Goals to achieve the Challenge.

         9. Eat Healthy food


Eating Healthy food makes you feel active. If you're not active then you look dull. This is not the best way to improve yourself. Healthy food improves memory power and makes you lite.

Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threats , pain or harm. Weakness is the state or condition of being weak. Identification is the best method to improve yourself. You should fight that fear and weakness and overcome that.
